We understand your concerns

Direct Care Resources operate a continuous improvement model supported by a quality management system and data analytics. This ensures we listen, learn, report, and improve with every experience.
We’ve been supporting participants with care and consistency for over 25 years. We will be here when you need us.
Participants require funding through National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), National Injury Insurance Agency, Queensland (NIISQ) or Disability Support for Older Australians (DSOA).
NDIS provides Supported Independent Living (SIL) accomodation funding packages that meet individual’s needs.
While we proudly promote our 7/7 model for the consistency and stability it offers, we understand that every participant is different. That’s why we offer our 4/3 model for a more flexible rostering option to align with the participant’s preferences.
At Direct Care Resources, we don’t just meet the minimum training requirements — we go further. Our medically trained staff are supported through ongoing supervision, regular upskilling, and a culture of continuous learning. Every participant receives attentive, high-quality care throughout their journey, guided by a clinical model that includes behaviour monitoring, medication safety, and specialised support for high-intensity needs.
We invest in our people so they can invest in yours — creating safer, more stable environments where participants can thrive.
Direct Care Resources uses a thorough matching process to align participants with support workers who not only meet the required clinical and behavioural skills, but also share personal interests, values and lived experiences, creating genuine connections that support long-term stability and trust.
