Toowoomba Supported Independent Living
Direct Care Resources delivers supported independent living through our unique Extended Care Model designed to give participants 24-hour assistance. Under this model, a dedicated staff member stays with the client for five (5) to seven (7) days at a time, according to individual requirements.
Each participant is supported by a two-person care team, ensuring that a reserve staff member can step in quickly if illness or emergencies occur. As a registered NDIS provider, we maintain the highest standards of disability support, assisting people living with physical, intellectual, or psychosocial disabilities to achieve greater independence and quality of life.

Our inclusive community programs are designed to foster meaningful connections and enrich daily life. Participants can engage in creative, physical, and culturally inspired activities in safe, welcoming environments.
