Specialised SIL in Moreton Bay
Direct Care Resources provides Supported Independent Living (SIL) for people with high-intensity and complex needs across Moreton Bay. Our homes are designed to prioritise safety, comfort, and dignity – supported by a team experienced in clinical and therapeutic care.
As an NDIS-registered provider, we work closely with participants, families, and support networks to deliver personalised support that empowers participants to thrive. From 24/7 assistance to behaviour support, every plan is developed in line with best-practice standards and tailored to their goals.
Disability Services
Moreton Bay Supported Independent Living
Direct Care Resources offers supported independent living through our Extended Care Model, which proudly provides 24-hour assistance. Under this model, a dedicated staff member stays with the participant for an average of five (5) to seven (7) days, depending on their personal requirements.
Each participant is supported by a two-person care team, guaranteeing seamless coverage if illness or emergencies arise. As a registered NDIS provider, we maintain the highest standards of disability support, helping people with physical, intellectual, or psychosocial disabilities to live more independently and enjoy a more fulfilling quality of life.
Moreton Bay Community Programs
Our inclusive community programs are designed to foster meaningful connections and enrich daily life. Participants can engage in creative, physical, and culturally inspired activities in safe, welcoming environments.
Events encourage creativity, movement, and a connection with the natural world. Many activities celebrate Indigenous heritage, giving participants opportunities to connect or reconnect with the culture of Australia’s First Nations people.

While we don’t have any current vacancies, we’re actively working with Support Coordinators to identify and secure suitable homes for participants. Our recent vacancy in Capalaba, Redland is a good example of the types of homes we offer—safe, supportive, and tailored to individual needs.
