Direct Care Resources provides Supported Independent Living (SIL) for people with high-intensity and complex needs across Brisbane. Our homes are designed to prioritise safety, comfort, and dignity – supported by a team experienced in clinical and therapeutic care.

From 24/7 assistance to behaviour support, every plan is developed in line with best-practice standards and tailored to their goals.

Brisbane Supported Independent Living
Direct Care Resources delivers Supported Independent Living (SIL) in Brisbane with a focus on consistency, transparency, and person-centred care. Our unique model features a dedicated team of two support workers who provide live-in assistance on a rotating basis—typically five to seven days at a time—ensuring stability, familiarity, and seamless support.
We work closely with participants and their support networks to create tailored onboarding and transition plans, making the move into SIL smooth and supportive. As a registered NDIS provider, we uphold the highest standards of quality and empower people with disability to achieve greater independence and quality of life.
Brisbane Community Programs
Our inclusive community programs are designed to foster meaningful connections and enrich daily life. Participants can engage in creative, physical, and culturally inspired activities in safe, welcoming environments.
Events encourage creativity, movement, and a connection with the natural world. Many activities celebrate Indigenous heritage, giving participants opportunities to connect or reconnect with the culture of Australia’s First Nations people.
