Direct Care Resources provides Supported Independent Living (SIL) for people with high-intensity and complex needs across Ipswich. Our homes are designed to prioritise safety, comfort, and dignity – supported by a team experienced in clinical and therapeutic care.

Ipswich Supported Independent Living
Through our unique Extended Care Model, Direct Care Resources provides supported independent living that ensures round-the-clock assistance. Under this approach, a dedicated support worker lives alongside the participant for an average of five (5) to seven (7) days, tailored to individual requirements.
Each participant benefits from a two-person care team, one of which being a reserve staff member to maintain seamless service in the event of illness or emergencies. As a registered NDIS provider, we uphold the highest standards of disability care, supporting people with physical, intellectual, or psychosocial disabilities to achieve greater independence and quality of life.
Ipswich Community Programs
Our inclusive community programs are designed to foster meaningful connections and enrich daily life. Participants can engage in creative, physical, and culturally inspired activities in safe, welcoming environments.
Events encourage creativity, movement, and a connection with the natural world. Many activities celebrate Indigenous heritage, giving participants opportunities to connect or reconnect with the culture of Australia’s First Nations people.
